
The Southeastern Lady Lions fell to Stephen F. Austin, 75-61, on Saturday in the University Center. The Lady Lions fought a tough battle, tying up the score at 39 with just over 16 minutes remaining, but SFA quickly regained a 10-point lead and Southeastern never managed to catch up.
Junior forward Rashima Jenkins led in scoring, bringing in 21 points for Southeastern, followed by sophomore guard Kelli Jenkins who scored 12. Freshman guard Erica Burgess led Southeastern with three assists and two steals during the contest.
